The Bay welcomes the Open 5.70The first one-design race in San Francisco was a great success. There were 5 boats on the line on Saturday which led to some very close racing. Our own Jerome Sammarcelli won, just beating out Nik Vale on a tie breaker! Read more. |
USA 273 in MiamiThe 2nd American built Open 5.70, "Don't Panic" has been delivered to it's new home in Miami. From what we've heard they've been out sailing a lot and so far they haven't sailed in anything less than 15 knots! |

Cal Race WeekThe Southern California Open 5.70 fleet is looking forward to one of the biggest events on the calendar later this month - Cal Race Week 2009. As well as the local boats there will be other boats visiting from San Francisco. |
